DaruNodoCagliostro - Beat epiosde 1 will all of the following characters: Cure Grace, Daruizen, Cagliostro (either version).
King Mireille - Beat epiosde 1 will both Mireille and Risette.
Risette Shindoine - Beat epiosde 1 will both Mireille and Risette.
Clarisse Guaiwaru - Beat epiosde 1 will both Clarisse and Guaiwaru (regular versions).

All characters, unlockable or not, must clear episode 1 on a given difficulty before they are allowed to be played as in episode 2 with that difficulty. This rule does not apply to flying mode.

Stars and progress are completely separate between difficulties, and clearing something on a harder difficulty will NOT automatically give credit for easier ones.

Note: This guide only details weapons that are unlockable. When choosing a new character, always bring up the weapon screen and check their weapons - some characters start with more than one.

"Lovely Hearts" for Cure Lovely - Defeat Cure Unlovely on her stage.

You can obtain weapons from defeating bosses when playing as any of the following characters: Rokko-Chan, Spiritia, Mega Pony, Megaman, Estelle.

Description: Saw half a hundred rare, sparkling bees.
Information: As Cure Honey, every Beedrill she fires out has a 1/20 chance of being shiny. See 50 shiny Beedrills over the course of the game. Progress towards this is saved instantly whenever you see one.

Name: Butterfly Girl
Description: Saw half a hundred rare, sparkling butterflies.
Information: Same as above, with Cure Lemonade's Beautiflies.

Name: Dear Minion
Description: Made the decision to undiscord your lovely master instead of blindly following her, for the sake of her own happiness!
Information: As Luvdisc (flying mode only), defeat Cure Lovely.

Description: Had the most iconic battle ever.

Description: Cleared a stage with 1 hit left.
Information: That actually means 3 Megaman bar segments, on normal difficulty. It varies for others.

Name: Aguri's Birthday
Description: Dialga was generous to you, and you also played well. In otherwords, you had your cake with 11 candles on it, and ate it too.
Information: As Cure Ace, have the timer reach at least 11 minutes.

Name: Aces are Low
Description: When the Ace felt like giving up, she didn't, and it paid off.
Information: As Cure Ace, clear a stage with no more than 30 seconds left.

Name: Aces are High
Description: Ace performed really well... you might mistake her for a meloetta.
Information: As Cure Ace, clear a stage with at least 5 minutes left. This is easiest to do on Denis Potvin stage, Airy stage, or the boss rush.

Description: Reformed the Unlovely, and now her dream of being lovely is unlocked.

Easter Eggs - Playable Boss Replacements

If you play as a boss character on their own stage, the following will happen:

Cure Lovely - boss is replaced with Cure Unlovely. She will become Phantom when defeated instead of PhanPhan, since you need to defeat her twice.

Cure Princess - boss is replaced with Girahime.

Regina - her boss fight will be skipped.

Namakelder - his boss fight will be skipped.

Hosshiwa - her boss fight will be skipped.

Oresky - stage is cleared after defeating Hosshiwa.

Aria - her boss fight will be skipped.

Sonata - her boss fight will be skipped.

Adagio - stage is cleared after defeating Sonata.

Cure Unlovely - this changes the boss rush stage significantly. Mirage won't be the end boss, she will be in the portal that Cure Unlovely normally is in. The end boss will be Cure Lovely, but it will be a different version of the fight. You must use innocent form to defeat her, but she has only a few points of health. The weapon will never run out in this battle.

Mirage - boss is replaced with a shiny version of her.

Red - boss is replaced with a shiny version of him.

Princess Luna - nothing, you still have to fight Nightmare Moon. Her stage description will be different though, and she will explode when you defeat her.

Chrysalis - boss is replaced with a shiny version of her.

Close - boss is replaced with a shiny version of him.

Shut - boss is replaced with a shiny version of him.

Lock - boss is replaced with a shiny version of him.

Cure Scarlet - Twilight is replaced with a shiny version of her.

Easter Eggs - Music Changes

If you play as a specific character on a specific stage, you will get alternate music. They are as follows:

- Play as Bayonetta and fight Airy/Madama Butterfly.

- Play as Bayonetta and fight Umbra.

- Play as Undyne and fight Cure Unlovely in the boss rush.

- Play Nightmare Moon's stage as one of the following characters: Gumi, Megumi Nakajima, Meloetta, Meloetta (human), Mikuletta.

Play Lock's first stage as Carol.

Fight Adagio as Logo Shirt Sunshine.

Easter Eggs - Voice Changes

In some cases, depending on the character and stage chosen, boss introduction sounds will be different. They are as follows:

- Play as Cure Unlovely and fight Cure Lovely.

- Play as Cure Lovely and fight Cure Princess.

- Play as Regina and fight Selfish King (also changes his attacking sound).
