Notes: RALLY is one of Yusei's friends from a town called satelite. Because the society has a lowly view of people from satelite (they're thought of as criminal, etc), RALLY often get's chased by the police. It is unclear what her gender is. While different websites say different things, most say she's a boy. Which makes her an awesome nonconformist, because she dresses like a girl.
